At SenseeAi, we are dedicated to protecting restaurants and food delivery platforms from fraud. Founded in 2024, our mission is to reduce fraudulent refund claims and chargebacks by up to 50%, saving businesses from unnecessary financial losses.
Powered by our AI-driven fraud detection, SenseeAi is your Real-Time Fraud Sentry, constantly monitoring and analysing orders to detect and identify fraudulent activity before it impacts your business. Our system leverages advanced image forensics, behavioral analytics and machine learning to detect fraud with unparalleled accuracy showcased in our first product (sensee-secure).
By integrating real time risk assessment and intelligent automation, we provide restaurants and platforms with the tools they need to combat fraud.
How Does It Work?

We use a total of 22 features to detect fraudulent activity, some examples of this are:
Image Upload & Validation
Users submit images through your platform. SenseeAi checks file type and authenticity using built-in validation methods.
Hashing & Caching
Each image is assigned a SHA256 hash to identify duplicates. This improves performance and ensures consistent fraud scoring.
Multi-Layered Analysis
Our system evaluates visual anomalies, user behaviour patterns, and order consistency. Each layer contributes to a final, weighted fraud score.
Metadata
employed by SenseeAi to detect and prevent fraud in real-time across food delivery platforms.
Reverse Image Search
Perceptual hashing creates a visual fingerprint for each image. These are compared using Hamming distance to detect reused or altered content.
Real-Time Scoring
Scores are calculated instantly and returned with a full breakdown, allowing us to respond to suspicious activity in real time.
Seamless Backend Integration
SenseeAi operates silently in the background with no impact on the front-end user experience.
